Cohiba Behike BHK 58 – The new icon of the Cuban cigar world<\/strong><\/p>\n

After years of speculation Habanos S.A.<\/strong><\/a> has officially unveiled the Cohiba Behike BHK 58<\/strong> – an impressive 7 inch (178 mm) x 58 parejo format<\/strong> known as Laguito No. 7<\/strong>. This new vitola extends the legendary Behike line and sets new standards in the world of Cuban cigars. <\/p>\n

Unique anniversary edition for the 15th birthday of the Behike BHK<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The BHK 58<\/strong> will be presented on the 15th anniversary of the Behike line<\/strong><\/a> is presented. Originally the Behike BHK<\/strong><\/a> was introduced in 2010<\/strong> to mark the 45th anniversary of the Cohiba brand<\/strong> and has since been considered the flagship of the regular Cohiba production line<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The Behike line is particularly well-known for its use of Media Tiempo leaves<\/strong> – an absolute rarity in the Cuban cigar world. These leaves are found in the highest part of the tobacco plant and occur in less than 10% of plants<\/strong>. Due to their position, they receive a particularly large amount of sunlight, which gives them exceptional strength and depth of aroma. <\/p>\n

The history of the BHK 58 – An idea with a delay<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Habanos S.A. has pursued the idea of a BHK 58<\/strong>. Back in 2020<\/strong>, on the 10th anniversary of the Behike line<\/strong>, a similar plan was discussed. Prototypes were distributed to cigar retailers during a marketing workshop in Havana in June 2019. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic<\/strong> and the associated production interruptions in Cuba, the project has been put on hold for the time being. <\/p>\n

Now that production has stabilized, the BHK 58<\/strong> is finally celebrating its premiere – a significant moment for Cohiba fans worldwide.<\/p>\n
