Cohiba Esplendidos Gran Reserva – Cosecha 2017

The Cohiba Espléndidos Gran Reserva Cosecha 2017 is one of the most exclusive Habanos ever produced. This strictly limited edition uses only tobacco from the 2017 harvest from the renowned Vuelta Abajo region of Pinar del Río—the area considered the origin of the world’s finest tobaccos.

Each cigar was crafted by the most experienced torcedores at the El Laguito factory in Havana. Its base was the iconic Espléndidos format (Churchill, 178 mm length, 47 ring gauge) , which has always been one of the most prestigious vitolas of the Cohiba brand.

The Gran Reserva is distinguished by the tobacco’s particularly long maturation: the wrapper, binder, and filler were aged for at least five years before being made into a cigar . This creates an exceptionally harmonious and complex flavor profile with an elegant balance of power, creaminess, and multifaceted aromas of wood, leather, cocoa, and a subtle sweetness.

Like all Gran Reservas, the Cohiba Espléndidos Gran Reserva 2017 is strictly limited: only 5,000 numbered boxes of 15 cigars each were produced worldwide. Each box is a masterpiece of Cuban craftsmanship and a coveted collector’s item for aficionados and lovers of the finest Habanos.
