Cohiba BHK Behike 54 – 2020/21

The Cohiba Behike BHK 54 is the middle format of the original Behike line. Under the factory name Laguito No. 5 it measures 144 mm with a ring gauge of 54. The cigars offered here date from 2020/21; the original box holds 10 cigars. The greater length gives the smoke more time to develop and results in a noticeably longer smoking time than the BHK 52.

The Cohiba Behike is one of the most exclusive cigars from Cuba. It is made exclusively from selected tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo region. Particularly noteworthy is the use of the rare Medio Tiempo leaves, which give the cigar an intense flavor and pronounced strength.

When smoked, the cigar unfolds a harmonious aroma profile. It opens with creamy, slightly sweet nuances; notes of coffee, wood and fine spices then gradually develop and round off the flavor. The smooth finish brings it to a pleasant close.

The Cohiba Behike comes in several formats. The original line consists of the BHK 52, BHK 54 and BHK 56; the BHK 58 was added in 2025. The formats differ in length and smoking time, but not in the quality of their workmanship: the wrapper is flawless, the draw pleasant and the burn even.

Last but not least, the luxurious packaging underlines the exclusivity of the Cohiba Behike. The cigars are presented in elegant wooden boxes. As production is strictly limited, they are also sought after by collectors.
