Trinidad Casilda Colección Habanos 2019

At the Festival del Habano in spring 2019, the 50th anniversary of the Cuban brand Trinidad was celebrated. To mark the occasion, Habanos S.A. presented three new formats for the brand: Media Luna, Topes and Esmeralda. Among the other novelties was the new volume of the Colección Habanos: Trinidad Casilda.

Since 2002, Habanos S.A. has been launching an extraordinary, impressively large cigar format in a book-shaped box every year. The series bears the name "Colección Habanos" and is aimed specifically at collectors of fine Habanos treasures.

For lovers of Cuban cigars, every edition of the Colección Habanos is a true object of desire due to its rarity and the craftsmanship with which it is made. Although the brand is one of Habanos S.A.'s youngest, Trinidad enjoys great popularity among initiated aficionados, making this new book highly sought after by collectors.

The Trinidad Casilda book was produced in an edition of only 3,000 copies worldwide. Each of these collector's items contains 24 "Casilda" cigars (53 x 185 mm), a generously sized vitola created by Habanos S.A. especially for this occasion. The name was chosen to honor the village of Casilda, the seaport of the city of Trinidad in the province of Sancti Spíritus.

Each Trinidad Casilda is made entirely by hand with the greatest care from leaves from Vuelta Abajo, where the best tobacco in the world is harvested.
